NimoPets offers standard shipping across the United States. All orders are tracked from the moment they leave our warehouse to the moment they reach your door. Delivery estimates and shipping costs will be displayed at checkout based on your location. Standard delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. You can also visit nimopets.com and use your tracking number to check your delivery status at any time. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, reach out to us at nimopets@zohomail.com and we will sort it out for you.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment methods. All transactions are encrypted for your security.

We offer a 30 day return window from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. For damaged or defective products, contact us immediately at nimopets@zohomail.com with your order number and photos and we will make it right.
