NimoPets offers standard shipping across the United States. All orders are tracked from the moment they leave our warehouse to the moment they reach your door. Delivery estimates and shipping costs will be displayed at checkout based on your location. Standard delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. You can also visit nimopets.com and use your tracking number to check your delivery status at any time. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, reach out to us at nimopets@zohomail.com and we will sort it out for you.
